Target Theatre, a non-profit organization of seniors (55+) is auditioning for people for women’s and men’s roles in a couple of our plays. We are dedicated to showcasing seniors’ issues and think that the best way to do this is by having seniors themselves perform these plays.
Target Theatre is committed to diversity and inclusivity, and we encourage BIPOC individuals to respond to this call. We believe that diversity enriches the experiences of players and audiences alike.
Rehearsals take place once a week, Tuesday mornings from 9:30 to 12:30, September through mid-June, at Langham Court Theatre. Performances are usually only once a week, almost always on a weekday afternoon. This year, we are opening up the company to those who wish to participate in only one or two plays.
Auditions will be held as needed. To book an audition, or for further information and sides, please email our Artistic Director, James Forsythe (director.target.theatre@gmail.com) and include your resume.
This is a great opportunity to flex those acting muscles, have fun, AND participate in a worthy cause.
